It is not permitted to make use of the Alumni Program anonymously or under a pseudonym as such usage would be against the fundamental concept of use for this personal program. Online registration is required to participate in the Alumni Program. KPMG verifies eligibility to participate in the Alumni Program based on the applicant’s name. Alumni are required to update their data on an ongoing basis, and at least annually when prompted.


Eligibility to apply for the Alumni Program is reserved exclusively for individuals previously employed by KPMG Switzerland. Former interns and temporary employees are not eligible to apply. KPMG reserves the right to reject applications without stating any reason. Use of alumni data

KPMG uses members’ data in order to provide members with tailored information about KPMG. Mandatory details to be provided for this purpose are name, address, email address, language and the previous position held at KPMG as well as current employer and role. These details are treated confidentially and only used for KPMG’s own activities. Data is saved and processed abroad within Europe. The recipients of the data are NDAlumni (service provider) and Amazone Web Service (hosting provider) for emails. Data is stored until revocation or until it is deleted.

If when registering online the user agreed for KPMG to use personal data to send the company newsletter KPMGnews, then personal data shall also be used for this purpose. In addition, there are private network groups on Xing and LinkedIn exclusively for KPMG alumni and active KPMG Partners.


The user may withdraw permission for data to be used by unsubscribing from the newsletter or withdrawing from the entire program via email to Users also have a right to request information about or deletion of their own data. This right can be exercised by contacting the Data Protection Officer of KPMG Schweiz AG A copy of official ID must be attached to such requests.
